Waiver Required
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to the issuance and issue of a Ski Valley Season Pass.If the Waiver is not completed, the Pass will not be issued and access to Ski Valley's facilities will not be permitted and a refund provided if payment has been made.

A paper waiver will be available for completion prior to purchase at Guest Services.
Each adult passholder must complete their own Waiver.
A parent/legal guardian must complete the Waiver for their child.
